During my one week summer vacation, I met up with three of my best friends from back home in Vietnam. The food in Vietnam was incredible and we were keen to learn how to make some of the dishes we had been eating all week, so we signed up for a cooking lesson with a local woman named Son. Other than seeing my friends from back home, it was the highlight of my trip! We made Bun Cha (grilled pork on noodles), Pho (beef noodle soup), pumpkin soup and steamed fish. I highly recommend this experience if you find yourself in beautiful DaLat.
